Commentary
Spontaneous gemination of the sibilant before τ is frequent in the corpus (four more times in the same verbal form, see 2411, 2670, 3042 and 3351). Apparently, the inscription is complete. DVC suggest that it could be an affirmative response from the oracle, but it can not be linked to any specific question due to the fragmentary state of the remaining inscriptions of the tablet. It is equally possible to consider it a very concise enquiry regarding the existence or viability of something. See 1509, 2247 and 3012, with similar formulation.
